Anime-Körperkissen und Dakimakura-Bezüge

Dakimakura comes from Japanese and simply means "hug pillow". It is a long body pillow dressed in a cover printed with an anime character, and one of the great classics of otaku culture. Some fans sleep with theirs every night, others make it the centerpiece of their room or their collection.

A dakimakura pillow cover is the easiest way to bring a favorite character home. It slips over an inner pillow of the same size and comes off in seconds for washing, so you can swap covers with the seasons, with the anime you are watching or with your mood, and keep the same pillow. Browse all our dakimakura covers.

Every cover is printed on both sides, with a different illustration on the front and on the back. The ink goes inside the fibre instead of sitting on top, so colors stay bright and the print never cracks or peels, even after many washes at 30°.

Peach Skin is soft and smooth: a brushed matte fabric with no glare, perfect if you love clean, calm colors. 2Way Tricot is the premium choice: ultra soft and faintly lustrous, it stretches both ways and takes the ink the hardest, for the deepest blacks and the brightest eyes.

Pick 40 x 120 cm for a compact pillow, 50 x 150 cm, our most popular size, or 50 x 160 cm for a hug from head to toe. Already own a body pillow? Order the cover only. Starting from scratch? Add the inner pillow and it arrives ready to hug.

Browse more than a thousand designs, sorted into waifu and husbando collections, from sweet and cozy to elegant and dreamy. Every order is shipped in an unmarked box, so the surprise stays between you and your new favorite pillow.
